PRESTIGE REWARDS PROGRAM

Summary

Law firms look to us for the top talent in the market. We realize you have a choice of recruiter options when making a lateral move and we want to reward you for choosing us to represent you.

Reward

25% of the fee we collect for your placement, capped at $20,000. All rewards exceed $10,000.

Eligibility

Current employer: You must currently work at a Vault 100 firm or high-end boutique to be eligible. If you work for a firm not listed in the Vault 100, please contact us to determine your eligibility.

Academic record: You must have graduated from a top 25 law school with honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude, With Honors, With High Honors or Order of the Coif) or graduated from a top 50 law school with high honors (magna cum laude, summa cum laude, With High Honors or Order of the Coif) to be eligible.

Movement: Associates with 1-4 years of experience must have only worked as an associate for one law firm. Associates with 5+ years of experience must have only worked as an associate for a maximum of two law firms.

Note: Prestige Rewards do not apply to non-publicly posted positions. Candidates must remain employed with their new firm for the duration of Prestige’s fee agreement guarantee period (typically 6-12 months) to receive a Prestige Reward. All parameters must be satisfied to qualify for a Prestige Reward and qualification does not guarantee you a Prestige Reward. Please contact us to confirm your status.
