We at Prestige have a different approach to recruiting. We started this firm because after spending several years working at larger, multi-discipline search firms we came to believe there was a better way to do it. We believe in working with select attorneys so we can offer more detailed attention in helping them find the right job. We believe in being more than just the middleman for the attorneys we choose to represent. We believe it is our job to be your advocate and consultant when you decide to explore your career options.
Our approach to legal recruiting is markedly different from what you will find at a larger, multi-discipline search firm. Other firms recruit for multiple professions and take the approach that recruiting is the same across the board. We understand that the legal profession is unique and focus our business accordingly. We work exclusively with legal professionals, law firms, and in-house legal departments. Collectively, we have more than 21 years of experience working in and around the legal profession as attorneys and recruiters. We know your business as well as you do. Other firms focus on sheer volume. Their recruiters are encouraged to talk to as many attorneys as possible without regard for the substance of the conversation. Other firms engage in large-scale non-directed marketing efforts and blast out their candidates’ resumes without their permission. Other firms push deals through without taking the time to ensure that it is the best decision for the candidate or the client.
We hold confidentiality in the highest regard and will never disclose your information or resume without your express consent. Our reputation is built upon making smart, respectable decisions and helping candidates and clients achieve their goals; deals are not pursued nor processed unless they are mutually beneficial.
